Metacognition
I noticed that metacognition help us to think deeper and in look at things in many points of view. I think the part where we had to say what we thought out loud was pretty hard; because our minds work very fast and to be able to say it all, we would have to talk pretty fast. From metacognition, I learned to think deeper in all circumstances and try to understand things in greater details than before. Metacognition could help people in many circumstances, for example, it helps us to think before we act and could help people look at the world differently.

Thank you for the specific details, especially about talking quickly during 'Think Aloud'. Do you think a fast-working mind is more of an advantage or a disadvantage in life?
ReplyDeleteI think it's more of an advantage because they would be ahead of the game and it could really help them both in school and in life. It's like what my mom like to say early bird gets the worm!
ReplyDeleteI agree with your mom! Although sometimes it can be frustratingly hard to quiet an active mind. Your response back is appreciated.
